This technical department has been designed based on the needs of it's professional customers and it's fully staffed with specialized technicians who cover the whole spectrum of the products and services that are offered.

 

More specifically, these services include:

  • Instrument installations and fault repairs
  • Briefing the customers of instrument and software updates
  • Preparation of the laboratory space for the installation of new instruments
  • Checking that the instruments are received in a good shape from foreign companies
  • Receiving, investigating and solving complaints from customers (with other colleagues, where applicable)
  • Participation in the analysis of the problem's causes which appear during the provision of services to the customers
  • Contact with the suppliers from foreign companies for constant updates about new products and updates
  • Solving software problems with the cooperation of foreign companies's specialists

 

For the effective provision of these services, Biosolutions constantly invests in the retraining of it's staff, in the equipment of it's technical support department and in the organization of monitoring and response processes, for customer's technical support calls.
